“Lucifer in the flesh,” the former Speaker said. “I have Democrat friends and Republican friends. I get along with almost everyone, but I have never worked with a more miserable son of a bitch in my life.”
If this is how Boehner feels about Cruz and he was part of the GOPe supporting Cruz over Trump, imagine how he feels about Trump? TM

“Lucifer in the flesh,” the former Speaker said. “I have Democrat friends and Republican friends. I get along with almost everyone, but I have never worked with a more miserable son of a bitch in my life.”
This election gets stranger and stranger.
In a cycle when "outsider" is the badge to wear, these words from what is probably the least effective former republican Speaker of the House in history - the literal FACE of the gop(e) - would be a godsend.
And on top of that, the lunatic gop rep from NY - Peter King - doubled down on the "weeper's" comment by calling it an insult to Lucifer (being compared to Cruz)
Honestly - while I don't support him because he simply would not win any states that Romney or McCain didn't win - I don't share the animosity that some have toward Cruz. I give him credit for at least TRYING to do something about Zero-Care.
And he was right in his assessment of the worthless Sen. McConnell - aka Tommy the Turtle - in calling him a liar.
If our political system were salvageable (which I believe it's not - it's too far gone), I'd probably support someone who seems to revere the Constitution like Cruz.
But I've said it before - this time I'm supporting the "bomb thrower". But that doesn't make me have to "hate" Cruz.
