Va va voom! Giada De Laurentiis showed off her sexy assets at the 40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in Beverly Hills, Calif., over the weekend.

The celebrity chef wore a provocative little black dress with a plunging neckline and peep toe heels.

The culinary queen was a red carpet winner, but she didn't take home any awards from the show, losing both the food show and food show host prizes.

The 42-year-old "Giada At Home" star presented some awards and executed some interviews during the event.

The Italian-born star was inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame in 2012. She gained fame after starring in the Food Network Show "Everyday Italian" in 2003.
