thanks again pookie! this one from yesterday inspired me....
The total withdrawal of American troops from Iraq was touted as an accomplishment by the President in 2012. Our total withdrawal was a bragging point used during his last election campaign. But the complete withdrawal of American troops went against the advice of our military leaders, most of whom cautioned the President that it'd be better to leave a residual force in place to enforce the peace. Now ISIS has taken control of many of the villages and territories our soldiers fought and died to rid of Al-Qaeda. And we are seeing gross atrocities committed against those who risked their lives by supporting American forces. ISIS has stolen Iraqi military hardware, looted the banks and is gaining strength daily. ISIS now holds the bragging rights over the President and his complete withdrawal. TM

Stop trying to make the Ferguson protests something they weren’t. And, just as importantly, stop trying to make Michael Brown, the man shot to death during a fight with police Office Darren Wilson in August, something he wasn’t.
“If you look at the most credible evidence, the lessons are really basic ... don’t rob a convenience store. Don’t fight with a policeman when he stops you and try to take his gun. And when he yells at you to stop, just stop.”
