I am saddened (but not surprised) at how quickly Valerie Jarrett and her fellow regressives on the Hate Trump Express have jumped on what they see as a golden opportunity to score some political points.

How easy it would have been for her to rise above the situation - show some class - and leave out the "it starts at the top" comment. Because with Roseanne, it DIDN'T actually "start at the top". She was a loon long before Trump ever thought about riding the escalator at Trump Tower.

Of course, doing that would not have served the purposes of division and 'resistance.' And that is what Jarrett and her ilk are all about.
