Does anyone really think they give a shit in DC, especially since it will be a long and forgettable 2 years till they have to run again?

The last time I remember them actually listening and acting on what their constituents wanted was the first vote on TARP in 2008. It was soundly defeated. Then after everyone was brought into a room TARP was passed overwhelmingly so they could save the free market.
