If we attack ISIS/ISIL militarily will that be racist?

Geez. Too bad it is tonight or otherwise I would be glued to the speech. Unfortunately there is a rerun of Who's The Boss on from 1985 I really need to watch. It's the episode where Angela has a misunderstanding with Tony and hilarity ensues.

He specifically stole Reagan’s “no safe haven” for terrorists. But yet, he said nothing further in the “four part strategy” that would actually be successful in defeating ISIS, he basically just said that we’ll continue airstrikes, humanitarian aid, counter terrorism, and supporting partners (like moderate Syrians?).

The most significant part? He just gave himself the right to bomb Syria.
