You're welcome, @ThirstyMan! I like a lot of what Dershowitz is saying, but he doesn't seem to believe that Hillary did anything wrong...
Actually Dershowitz says that the problem with prosecuting Hillary is that the current US law requires proving quid pro quo. The inability to do this is why Bob Menendez walked. Per Deshowitz, Israel has a statute 'cast your bread upon the waters'. This law makes it a crime to give anything of value to anyone who is in a position to help you.
We have to prosecute on current law not what we would like law to be. To change the law to what we would like it to be would require action on the part of the legislature. This is unfortunately convenient for Bill, Hillary, and Bob.

It doesn't need a quid pro quo when you've destroyed evidence (documents, devices, etc.) that had already been subpoenaed...
