Rupert Murdoch: Immigration Reform Can't Wait: America Won't Advance If Legislators Act Like Seat-Warmers
By Rupert Murdoch, The Wall Street Journal
When I learned that House Majority Leader Eric Cantor had lost his Republican primary, my heart sank. Not simply because I think he is an intelligent and talented member of Congress, or because I worry about the future of the Republican Party.
Like others who want comprehensive immigration reform, I worried that Mr. Cantor's loss would be misconstrued and make Congress reluctant to tackle this urgent need. That would be the wrong lesson and an undesirable national consequence of this single, local election result.
People are looking for leadership—those who stand for something and offer a vision for how to take America forward and keep our nation economically competitive. One of the most immediate ways to revitalize our economy is by passing immigration reform.

Just how, Mr. Murdoch, do you suppose allowing an invasion of Latin hordes will move our country forward?
It will do nothing of the kind. On the contrary; we will regress into a third world dark age. It will serve to further dumb down the populace and provide an ignorant, easily controlled labor force for elitists like yourself, though. Maybe that's the whole point.

The second fastest group of illegals are Indians who often arrive on a guest worker, student, or visitor's visa and just stay.
Contrary to the image cultivated of being and 'ideal immigrant' the majority of recent immigrants from India are quite comfortable with socialism and big government. What they have in common with the illegals who tromp in across our southern border, is being easily controlled, being comfortable with big government and its handouts, an attitude of entitlement, and suppression of salaries for Americans.

Well, at least the 7-Elevens will have cashiers to ring up the Slurpees for the Mexicans and Salvadorans.

Who gives a rats what this shriveled old fart has to say about squat. Let's remember that the only reason this jerk became a US citizen was because he wanted to buy US TV stations so he could give us Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Duet and Herman's Head....

While for a long time this was true in my neck of the woods, here in central Jersey the Indians have recently been replaced by native born blacks. Interesting phenomenon !
