Anyone with half a brain ( I wanted to be inclusive to Democrats) knew that Saddam had WMDs. And anything else he could get his hands on.

But if I may be so bold, my opinion is that WMDs were not the reason we were in Iraq. We were there to move the front to the Middle East and occupy the rag heads on their own turf. (And to kill Saddam Hussein and family. An extra benefit.)
