The boy wonder is on a roll. He's also claiming the cost rises in Obamacare are the fault of, wait for it, Republicans! Did you see it coming?

This is only a partial clip of the interview so we can only wonder if Tapper pointed out to him the Democrats pointedly excluded any Republican participation when Obama's Frankenstein was created. What do you think were the chances he did?
