I saw a judge [not Napolitano] on Fox News talking the Wikileaks email discoveries. He likened it to a burglar discovering a dead body.

The police don't refuse to accept the report of the dead body because the person who discovered it was a burglar.

They go to the scene and begin an investigation.

The LameStream press wants to ignore the dead body and report about the agent behind the discovery, as if that party was culpable.
