Sort of like fried molé?

"Sort of like fried molé?"

Ok, please explain. I have never heard of this so I looked up "molé" and discovered it was a sauce popular in Mexico. I then looked up recipes for chicken mole and couldn't find one that used that sauce, though I saw where one used some chocolate. Is that what you are referring to?

Those recipes were too complex for my tiny male brain. I'll stick with a good bbq'ed steak, fried chicken, or maybe a chili dog. Who wants to be in the kitchen mixing, stirring, blending, etc. etc. all the day long?

It's quite good. Spicy, chocolatey, ummmm. Of course, it's unsweetened chocolate, and with the chilis and spices, it's good stuff.
