FOX News correspondent James Rosen reported tonight that the Haqqani network wanted a ransom for the release of Bowe Bergdahl.

Did the Obama admin launder some of the money specifically for this and other planned events? Was Qatar used as a cutout? Given the ethical standards of Obama & Co I wouldn't put it past them.
