According to Representative Hunter the military was not consulted and this was handled by the State Dept. Ok and just who is in charge of State? Why it's the war hero John Kerry who, as Hunter stated, already betrayed his fellow serviceman. Could it be Kerry reviewed Bergdahl's record, recognized a true brother at arms, and that is how the exchange became an urgent necessity?
