"Jeb Bush is my friend, I think he'd make a great president," House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) told Texas Tribune Editor-in-Chief Evan Smith during an interview in San Antonio. "Historically, our best candidates have come from the ranks of governors, or former governors," Boehner claimed.
