The story itself is about the suits filed by Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Woods Specialties against ObamaCare forcing them to violate their religious principles and provide contraceptive and abortion coverage [the second issue oddly not having been mentioned in the article]. What I am really interested in is that headline and just what restrictions are present in these few words: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof
