PIKESVILLE, Md. (WBFF) -- Baltimore County Police and Baltimore County school officials responded to a report of assault involving two 8th grade students at Pikesville Middle School on Wednesday.

School officials took a report regarding a 13-year-old boy who kissed a 14-year-old girl during school hours. The unwanted kiss was allegedly the result of a dare made by students.

Police confirm that the boy is now facing a second-degree assault charge as a juvenile. No one was injured during the incident, police say, and disciplinary actions related to suspension or expulsion will be handled by the school system.

The world has gone stark raving mad. We'll either restore some sanity in a year, or go off the cliff entirely.

I hate to say it, but it's up the American sheeple...gulp. Will the sleeping giant wake up, or is this its last coma?

Scares me just to think of it...

I suspect we're already off the cliff. In fact I suspect the cliff is a nano dot in the rear view mirror. The best we can hope for is a parachute to slow down the descent.
