Nancy Pelosi Rules Out Impeachment: Trump ‘Just Not Worth It’
11 Mar 2019

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is ruling out impeaching President Donald Trump, arguing in an interview with the Washington Post Monday that “he’s just not worth it.”

“Impeachment is so divisive to the country that unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don’t think we should go down that path, because it divides the country. And he’s just not worth it,” Pelosi told the Post.

Pelosi’s remarks come as House Democrats are expanding their investigation into President Trump and his allies, having requested documents from over 80 individuals and entities regarding their finances and communications. Some lawmakers are hopeful their probe will uncover impeachable offenses.

In addition to the speaker, other top Democrats have also voiced opposition to discussions about impeachment, including House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY), who has urged caution until the release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on his investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election. Up until today, Pelosi publically agreed with Nadler, telling reporters last Tuesday that she first wanted to “see what the facts are, what the law is, and what the behavior is of the president,” before discussing impeachment. Now, it appears the California Democrat has all but written off the move.

Yet, some Democrats have signaled they will ignore House leadership and move forward with their own plans to bring impeachment proceedings against President Trump. In a recent appearance on MSNBC, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) claimed the president’s actions have already “crossed the threshold of what was brought for impeachment” against President Richard Nixon. “[W]hat we know is that the president’s behavior has already crossed the threshold of what was brought for impeachment before the House in the Nixon administration and the Clinton administration. In fact, he crossed those thresholds in the first weeks or months of office. And so, that is another means, if these other means fail, to control this president,” he said.

Rep. Al Green (D-TX) announced last month that he will bring a vote on impeachment to the House floor for a third time, despite failing to hold a successful vote in 2017 and 2018. The Texas Democrat said he will propose the measure regardless of Mueller’s findings, vowing to “act on Trump’s bigotry.”

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), who previously faced rebuke for pledging to “impeach the motherfucker” — a reference to President Trump — recently said she will bring articles of impeachment by the end of March.

Hunh ?

What's going on ?

Did we all get a peak at Mueller's report ? Or has it been declared time to move on to the next plan to bring Trump and his agenda of America first down ?

Schiff: It’ll Be Difficult to Impeach Without ‘Very Graphic Evidence’

While speaking to CNN Senior Congressional Correspondent Manu Raju on Monday, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) stated that it would be hard to get the Senate to vote to remove the president unless there is “very graphic” evidence that is “pretty overwhelming.”

Schiff said, “In the absence of very graphic evidence, it would be difficult to get the support in the Senate needed to make an impeachment successful. So, again, my feeling is, let’s see what Bob Mueller produces, but the evidence will have to be pretty overwhelming.”

Pelosi recognizes the drive for impeachment is politically counterproductive. Otherwise she would be all for it. Jerrold "Jabba the Hutt" Nadler meanwhile continues his harassment campaign against the President.

It's all shameless political posturing. No concern for the truth or the welfare of our Nation. I wish it were a punishable offense. It appears to be a cultural sign of no class. There are so many people in the USA now, who do not recognize when they are being duped.

But I'm reading a book:
Explaining Postmodernism by Stephan R.C. Hicks.
Admittedly I'm a little late to the party, very late in fact. This CRAP has been going on under my [our] nose for over 20 years now, especially affecting the education kids are getting in America. Here's a taste...

"In education, postmodernism rejects the notion that the purpose of education is primarily to train a child's cognitive capacity for reason in order to produce an adult capable of functioning independently in the world. That view of education is replaced with the view that education is to take an essentially indeterminate being and give it a social identity."

" . . . They are contaminated; they are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern.
You cannot change their mind[s], even if you expose them to authentic information, even if you prove that white
is white and black is black, you still cannot change the basic perception and the logic of behavior.
In other words, these people... the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible . . ."
Yuri Bezmenov 1984

" . . . in reality, the main emphasis of the KGB is not in the area of intelligence at all. According to my opinion and
[the] opinion of many defectors of my caliber, only about 15% of time, money, and manpower [are] spent on espionage as such.
The other 85% is a slow process, which we call either ‘ideological subversion,’ or ‘active measures’—‘[?]’ in the language of
the KGB—or ‘psychological warfare.’ What it basically means is, to change the perception of reality, of every American,
to such an extent that despite of the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the
interests of defending themselves, their families, their community and their country . . ."
Yuri Bezmenov 1984

'All warfare is based primarily on the deception of an enemy. Fighting on a battlefield is the most primitive way of making war. There is no art higher than to destroy your enemy without a fight—by SUBVERTING anything of value in the enemy’s country.'
Sun Tzu Chinese philosopher 500 B.C.

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, ?he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."
Marcus Tullius Cicero 106 B.C. to 43 B.C."
