#1 What Obama Did to a Fallen General Is a National Disgrace by Cincinnatus 13.12.2014 16:59

Beyond infuriating. Obama is a national disgrace.

"Itís not often that a General in the United States military is killed while serving.

Not since Vietnam has such a high-ranking officer died in a battle zone, but thatís exactly what happened to Major General Harold Greene of the United States Army.

He died as a result of an insider attack by what were thought to be friendly Afghan forces.

First of all, there arenít that many generals around at any given time in the military, let alone ones serving in war-torn battle zones.

So one would assume that should the unthinkable happen to one of these seasoned, epic leaders of our troops, proper respect would be given by his commanders, which number very few given his high rank.

Unfortunately for General Greene, that wasnít the case.

Itís difficult and infuriating to even type the next part of this sentence, but Greeneís boss, Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama, not only failed to mention Greeneís death but he failed show up to the Generalís funeral service.

It gets worse. He also failed to fly the American flag at half-staff, but he did that for Whitney Houston and Nelson Mandela.

The final straw? He didnít attend the funeral because he was playing 18 holes with his buddies at Vineyard Golf Club.

One would think in the off-chance that the President didnít show up, he would at least send the Vice President and the Secretary of Defense.

Nope. None of the above...

His open display of disrespect toward the fallen General, his family and every member of the military was a giant slap in the face that will surely not be forgotten.

But if another black thug gets justifiably killed by a white police officer, you can bet heíll weigh in on that."

Consider:

An for-all-intentents-and-purposes Communist in the WH . . .
An attorney general (former defender of terrorists) for whom race trumps everything . . .
Both branches of the Ruling Party falling all over themselves to see who can open the borders faster and bring more and more "undocumenteds" in . . .
A commander in chief who consistently undermines his military, cozies up to adversaries and enemies while throwing allies under the proverbial bus . . .
Scandal upon scandal upon scandal - the likes of which the hated Nixon could only dream - meeting with a collective yawn for the court jesters of the media

Consider - if all this had been dreamed up by - say - a Tom Clancy in the 80s as an idea for a novel, even HE wouldn't have been able to sell it. Too preposterous.

(I would have liked how a Clancy would have concluded such a novel, though. Much better, I'm sure, than this current nightmare will conclude)

By the way and with one of the other threads in mind (cops not wanting DeCommio to go to their funerals) . . .

In this case, perhaps Zero actually did the right thing by not acknowledging the General's funeral. Zero has a way of taking the DIGNITY away from anything he participates in.

Zero would have probably done a shout out to the protestors in Ferguson or NYC with a 'Hands Up Don't Shoot" or "I Can't Breathe".
