You need to try your hand at Beef Burgundy or Vichyssoise. Something unique.

Don't get all down. Maybe your bread is more impressive. It might have 9 or 10 essential nutrients instead of the standard 8.

Well I for one like the looks of that bread you made TM! Looks yummy to me!! And you didn't use a bread machine.......I'm impressed.

Not only is it bread, it is the ONLY bread. I bet you only eat sandwiches that have the words "Artisan, Sourdough, Whole Grain or Brioch" in the name.

According to Dr Sheldon Cooper on Big Bang Theory you shouldn't keep your bread in the refrigerator. It causes the ingredients to crystalize faster than if you leave it out.

"Dr. Cooper" is correct about that. My Mom insisted refrigerating bread was the way to go, until I proved to her it goes stale wayyyy faster at 40 F than at 75 F. I had two small loaves of bread and did a comparison.
