#1 Ted Cruz: SCOTUS Unanimously Strikes Down Obama’s Executive Overreach for the 12th Time Since January 2012 by Eglman 26.06.2014 12:45

Ted Cruz puts today’s NRLB ruling in perspective:

“Today, the Supreme Court invalidated President Obama’s unlawful abuse of the President’s recess appointments power. President Obama ignored the plain text of the Constitution and attempted to make unilateral recess appointments—circumventing the checks and balances of confirmation—when the Senate was not, in fact, in recess. Today, a unanimous Court rightly rejected that presidential abuse of power. This marks the twelfth time since January 2012 that the Supreme Court has unanimously rejected the Obama Administration’s calls for greater federal executive power.”

Andrew Jackson, regarding a SCOTUS ruling that went against him, supposedly said "John Marshall has made his decision. Now let's see him enforce it."

Zero, who surely thinks of himself as Messianic, won't be bested by Jackson.

You may be right, Rufus, but one has to wonder how Obama will react given that he has suffered so terribly from this already: "This marks the twelfth time since January 2012 that the Supreme Court has unanimously rejected the Obama Administration’s calls for greater federal executive power."

You and I might be given pause, but Zero will give the Supreme Court the same lack of respect he has given congress. After all Zero has possession of The Pen and The Phone and he knows no one will stop him. .
