Call me crazy but I’m beginning to think the Obama regime is secretly thrilled about the flood of illegals streaming across the border.

“This day, right here in this committee, do not come, it’s unlawful to come, you cannot come to the country without lawful permission. So I ask you again, are you prepared to say that to the whole world?”

Nope, you're not crazy. The fact that they anticipated this at least months ago says they had something to do with illegals flooding here.

Obama has thoroughly saturated the Justice, the State. the military and the government agencies with bureaucrats who are deeply in his pocket. It's the best way to achieve your goals when justice and Rule of Law is of NO concern.

Clearly the Left is totalitarian in its outlook and operation. They really capitalize on their power once they grab it, because they see their way as the ONLY way.

Fantastic. Really. This guy Johnson is as arrogant and indifferent to Session's inquiry as was Koskinen to Issa, et. al.

You get the impression they simply don't care what Congress says or does and consider themselves untouchable.

One word: CONSEQUENCES

Where are they?

If there are NO CONSEQUENCES there is no Rule of Law!

I hope the next President, whoever he is, totally cleans house, which is what Bush should have done in 2000 to ream out the trash. He also should have made an issue about all the well-documented voter fraud rather than only focus on Florida. If he had maybe we wouldn't be in this mess today.

Damn the "New Tone," make it GO AWAY.

#7 RE: GOP Sen. Jeff Sessions Asks DHS Chief Jeh Johnson To Tell Illegal Immigrants Not To Come To America . . . Johnson Refuses… by Sanguine 25.06.2014 19:45

You're right. Bush should have cleaned house instead of just taking it....because, you know, that's what Republicans have to do, because we want people to like us, and they don't like us, and blah, blah, blah.

So many things that he didn't correct or fix are now permanently affixed into history as fact. It will be many years before we begin to recover from the lies the progressives told and his accedence to the lies.

I can't remember where I read this, but it was from a military man who said among other things "if you walk by a piece of trash and leave it there, you've accepted it". Bush accepted a lot of stuff that he shouldn't have.

I agree totally. He was a decent man who made the naive assumption that others were as decent, which I find puzzling since he does seem to understand there is both good and evil.

Some things - and people - are just evil.

Period.

Since you mentioned "voter fraud", I'll risk going down a somewhat well-travelled rabbit trail.

I'm old enough to remember the 1960 JFK vs. NIXON election. Many people believed at the time (and probably many still do) that election was stolen by dems in Illinois, LBJs Texas, and other states. The point is, voter fraud by the demo-communists is nothing new.

The larger question is - to me - why hasn't the GOP ever done anything (except complain) about it.

They have - after all - been in positions of power from time to time over the last 50 plus years.

@truthkeeper

The story is that since 1982
" ...... a race-based consent decree negotiated by Democrats against the Republican National Committee a generation ago still has tied the RNC’s hands, and GOP officials could be cited for contempt – or worse – if they try to make sure American elections are clean.

More about the case:

Of course this only 'explains' back 30, not 50 years. I suspect this case just formalized a long standing practice of the republican branch of the national party.

I have heard this before and scanned the document(s) briefly a couple of years ago. Time for a re-read, I think.

I can only speak to the Nixon/Kennedy election. I have read Nixon knew of the chicanery but chose not to do anything about it because he feared an investigation would tear the country apart. Don't know if that's true but if it is, Al Gore he wasn't.

I've heard that as well, Cincy.

If you think about it, it's pretty sad to think that the country has fallen that far, that fast, from even Nixonian standards.

"The Duke of Duvall County" I think there was even a book written about it. http://www.countryworldnews.com/news/tex...e-of-duval.html The start of LBJ's political career.

Starr County is another county that is reliable for delivering the right number of democrat votes. Whatever "the right number" may be.

These Latin countries know full well that flooding our Southern border with children puts the U.S. in a precarious predicament.

Obama and his Coyote allies are playing on America's sympathies as well.

Obama knows we won't deport them, as we should, because the ostensible appearance to the world would be that we actually are the uncaring Evil Empire that the jug-eared, lay about fool has been apologizing for and effectively lowering our World standing on human rights issues.

If we don't deport them, like we should, then a precedent has been set and you can bet the truck farm that we will see a tsunami of children pouring in from Latin America.

Many rightly say: We're not the world's policemen!

I say nor are we the world's babysitters. You have them, you take care of them...in your own country.

Deport them.
