CHANHASSEN, Minn. (AP) — Pop superstar Prince, widely acclaimed as one of the most inventive and influential musicians of his era with hits including "Little Red Corvette," ''Let's Go Crazy" and "When Doves Cry," was found dead at his home on Thursday in suburban Minneapolis, according to his publicist. He was 57.

His publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, told The Associated Press that the music icon died at his home in Chanhassen. No details were immediately released.

His death is certainly getting a lot of attention at least on FoxNews. No cause of death has been announced.

A second death today was former WWE wrestler Chyna.

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. (AP) — A coroner's official says police initially reported the death of former WWE wrestler Chyna as a "possible overdose."

Chyna, whose real name is Joan Marie Laurer, was found dead at her apartment in Redondo Beach, California, on Wednesday. She was 46.

Ed Winter, Los Angeles County's assistant chief coroner, said Wednesday that an autopsy was planned in the next few days. It could be weeks before the results of toxicology tests are known.

The muscle-bound, raven-haired Chyna shot to WWE stardom in the 1990s, becoming one of the most prominent female professional wrestlers.

She later posed for Playboy, made adult films and appeared in sitcoms and reality TV shows.

I feel sorry for this young lady. I can't prove it but I suspect she was doing drugs because of depression. She had, during her wrestling days, been the toast of the town, but had since been reduced to doing porn. Like I say I don't know her or her inner thoughts but to go from the peak of celebrity to making adult films must have been hard to endure. Plus she was 46, not really that old, but for a woman who once relied on her female pulchritude the future must not have looked very appealing.

God give them both rest.

I remember Chyna from when my son, now 27, was into wrestling as a youngster. Of course all of we Boomers remember Prince's music well.

Very sad, both so young. May they rest in peace.

I was surprised she lived this long. I hope she Rests In Peace.

On Prince.....He was a bad 4ss guitar player. Watched him on MTV last night, they had a Prince marathon. He was one with that guitar. Didn't even look at the frets when he played. He made Steve Via look like a amateur.

Eddie Van Halen too. Just a joy to watch him play a lead. Saw and heard that video from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Did a song to honor George Harrison. Watch it if you can.

I do not watch videos on the net. Try this link. though and let me know what you think....

EXCLUSIVE: Prince's former drug dealer tells how the legend spent $40,000 at a time on six-month supplies of Dilaudid pills and Fentanyl patches - highly addictive opioid pain killers - for 25 years

Prince's former drug dealer has revealed the full extent of the late-star's secret drug addiction - telling how the superstar was hooked on powerful opiates for over 25 years.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Online, the performer's long-time dealer - who asked to be named only as Doctor D - revealed the singer would spend up to $40,000 a time on six-month supplies of Dilaudid pills and Fentanyl patches - both highly addictive opioid pain killers.

Prince, who was found dead on Thursday at his home in Minneapolis, Minnesota just days after sources claimed he overdosed on the opiate Percocet, regularly bought drugs from Doctor D between 1984 and 2008.

The dealer, often to the stars, said the musician, who he described as 'majorly addicted', suffered crippling stage fright and could not get on stage and perform without the drugs - but had a phobia of doctors so could not obtain a prescription legally.

Tragically, Doctor D suggests it could have been a physician that unknowingly contributed to Prince's death - by prescribing strong pain killers to the singer for his hip condition without knowing the extent of his secret opiate addiction.

Terribly sad if true, and ironic because I understand he promoted a healthy lifestyle otherwise (i.e., exercise, vegetarianism, etc.).

We just never really know, do we?

I was wondering if he had a will........

Prince Insider: “So Far, No One Has Presented a Will. He Thought He’d Live 1,999 Years”

EXCLUSIVE So far, no one has shown up with a last will and testament for Prince.

I am told that it’s likely there is no will despite Prince’s great fortune and holdings. “He thought he’d live until he was one thousand nine hundred and ninety nine years old,” Prince’s long time former attorney and close friend Londell McMillan told me today.

McMillan never had a will with Prince. It’s unlikely any other lawyer drew one up either. “He didn’t think he would die. He couldn’t face it,” observed McMillan. “Some people are like that.”

This means Paisley Park must be in chaos this morning. Prince is dead, cremated. Vast holdings including real estate and a humongous song catalog are left behind.

Plus Prince had other business holdings as well. McMillan revealed to me that he and Prince were partnered in a company called NorthStar, born out of their dealings getting the “Emancipation” album to market through EMI Records 20 years ago

It would be a wild ride if he didn't have one. I heard that if no will estate goes to surviving family.
