In Mexico, the wheels have been coming off for a while now, driving the massive illegal colonization of the USA. But here’s a rare story from south of the border that has a happy ending:

Zitat
Hundreds of armed vigilantes stormed a Mexican town and arrested federal police in the latest bloody battle between residents, criminal gangs, and the police locals say are in league with the gang members.

This could be what the authors of the Second Amendment had in mind by “a well regulated militia.”

Zitat
The battle was the latest in a long-running war between the drugs gang in Mexico’s south-west and local residents who say state and federal police are not protecting them.

Small groups of local vigilantes took up arms and joined forces to storm Paracuaro, headquarters of the Knights Templar gang, where they arrested police officers and seized control of the town in a blaze of gunfire.

Now we know why Mexico has the strictest gun laws outside of Chicago. Corrupt authorities and their criminal allies like for long-suffering civilians to stay in their place. Fortunately people will always be able to obtain guns regardless of the law.

Armed citizens rising up against the rot.

It also explains why hopelessly corrupt Chicago has such strict gun laws and why the Collectivists agitate for the same all over the US.

I surmise it probably came to the point where they decided they could either die on their feet or on their knees.

They chose to fight.

Probably right. I wish them well. Too bad nobody is going to help them succeed. That'd be a more perfect world.
